Customer Support Engineer

Responsible for providing first and second-line technical support to SkyeTek customers and partners. This includes problem reproduction, isolating and troubleshooting. Also responsible for building and directing the customer support engineering team, as well as providing input to the product development process based on customer feedback. Responsible for being the primary technical communication path with customers.

BSEE/CS or equivalent with 5+ years of customer support experience with radio products. Products include documentation, software, firmware, hardware, and antennas; must be comfortable across all of these. Strong verbal and written communication skills a must, strong interpersonal skills a must. Must be organized and methodical, especially around data capture.
