Softwork and Gamma to Distribute SkyeTek’s Full Line of HF and UHF Reader Technology in Italy, Poland and Russia
Westminster, Colorado, May 24, 2007 – SkyeTek, Inc., the leading provider of embedded RFID reader technology, continues to expand its global partner network with the addition of two more European value added resellers giving SkyeTek a total of nine VARs in the region. Softwork SrL and Gamma St. Petersburg will provide sales, systems integration, and support covering Italy, Poland and Russia. The new distribution partners will each carry SkyeTek’s full line of HF and UHF reader modules and ReaderWare software.

Gamma St. Petersburg, a distributor of electronic components from the world’s leading manufacturers, selected SkyeTek’s technology to address growing demand for RFID applications in Russia and Poland. "Demand for RFID applications in Russia and Poland is the driving force behind our distribution partnership with SkyeTek. We are currently seeing the development of many new applications across multiple industries."
SkyeTek offers its technology to OEM customers or distributors as reader modules, which include a ReaderWare software license. Licensing provides customers with access to ReaderDNA reference designs, allowing them to integrate the technology directly into their product design and realize 40 to 70 percent cost savings versus a typical reader module.
