The Channel Partner program has been designed to help those partners selling our technology to better identify, close and profit from new reader opportunities.
Benefits Overview: In order to help its resellers and distributors increase top line sales, SkyeTek offers the following program benefits to valued partners under two differentiated programs; Partner and Partner Plus.
The basic ‘Partner’ program is designed for valued partners who sell small volumes of SkyeTek product and/or require less support. The “Partner Plus” program is awarded to those partners who sell large volumes of SkyeTek product and/or qualify as a strategic customer. Promotion
- Sales cycle assistance – At partners request may receive telephone and in-person support from appropriate SkyeTek Sales rep for key customer deals.
- Discounted Products/Services – Partners will receive product discounts from standard end-user prices
- Inventory preference – When inventory constraints arise, SkyeTek will make best efforts to ensure orders placed by qualified Partners are prioritized and fulfilled ahead of other orders.
- Listing of partner logo - Will include your company logo and a brief partner description on the section of the SkyeTek website specifically designed for listing channel partners.
- Joint marketing initiatives – A SkyeTek marketing resource will be made available to discuss and plan joint marketing initiatives with the Partner.
- Joint press releases – Will develop and launch a joint Press release upon inclusion in partner program. This press release will be developed in collaboration with the partner.
- Qualified Lead Distribution - Will refer potential and qualified leads to Partner as appropriate.
- Incentives for Goal Attainment – Additional incentives will be made available for achievement of agreed upon quota/shared goals.
Education
- Sales Training – SkyeTek’s standard sales training documentation will be provided to Partners on all key SkyeTek products/solutions that Partner has agreed to resell or promote.
- Technical Support Training – SkyeTek’s standard technical support training documentation will be provided to Partners on all key SkyeTek products/solutions that Partner has agreed to resell or promote.
- Local Partner Training – At partner request, SkyeTek will administer customized sales and support training in-person provided availability of SkyeTek training resources.
- Tier 2 Customer Support – SkyeTek will make available its tier 2 technical support resources to handle Partner issues that arise on SkyeTek products.
- Phone Support for Partners - SkyeTek will make available it Technical Phone Support call center (8-5pm, M-F) to answer product questions from Partner.
- Technical support portal – Partner will have access to a ‘member only’ technical support portal upon inclusion in the partner program.
Communication
- Partner Newsletter – SkyeTek will send a ‘members only’ Partner Newsletter on a quarterly basis.
- Partner web portal – Partners will have access to a ‘members only’ SkyeTek Partner web portal.
- Notification of key industry events – Partners will be provided with a list of key industry events and tradeshows that are taking place.
- Product documentation – Partners will receive generic product documents (e.g., product specification sheets) on all key SkyeTek products/solutions that Partner has agreed to resell or promote.
- Partner branded documentation – Upon request from qualifying Partners, SkyeTek will customize product documentation (e.g., product specification sheets) with Partner logo for distribution to Partner’s customers.
- Quarterly/Annual business reviews – SkyeTek will set-up and support periodic business reviews between SkyeTek and Partner to discuss the partnership.
- Localization – Qualifying Partners may receive localization of key SkyeTek documentation as agreed to in the overall Partner Agreement.
