With years of building Tagnostic® readers, SkyeTek has amassed the most comprehensive Transponder database in the world.  We call this intimate knowledge of tags and their various behaviors TagIQ™ and it ensures that our hardware and software platform squeezes every ounce of performance out of every supported tag. TagIQ is a function of SkyeTek's Advanced Universal Reader Architecture (AURA) implemented in firmware that provides additional intelligence in SkyeModule readers.

TagIQ leverages SkyeTek’s extensive knowledge of transponder heuristics to maximize read/write performance for each individual tag type by:

• Characteristic Matching: Optimizes power and signal for each unique tag in order to maximize read range and accuracy.
• Beyond Specs: Interfaces with tags in ways more advanced than the manufacturers intended by leveraging standards and undocumented features only discovered through intimate and rigorous mapping, cataloging and cross-referencing.
• Beyond Standards:  Implements many pre-standard commands in addition to supporting most standard ISO and EPC commands.
• Command Breadth: Accommodates most tag manufacturer’s commands, even proprietary commands.
