RFID Readers

SkyeTek leverages reader options from third-party partners that integrate seamlessly within the MetaFi web services framework. Several options are available to address a full range of usage requirements:

Usage Partners
Mobile: Partners such as Tracient Technologies, Socket Mobile, and TSL provide application-specific reader options that can connect via Bluetooth to a mobile device such as a PDA or a cellular handset to provide solutions for remote applications.

Handheld: Handheld readers from partners such as Intermec, TSL, Motorola-Symbol, Psion Teklogix, and Unitech integrate RFID with other business applications and functionality in a mobile computing device.

Desktop: Small and simple tabletop readers are available from OEM partners such as Tracient Technologies and IDNOVA for applications where an item can be presented to the reader.
Portals | Conveyors: Portal readers from partners such as Alien Technology, Motorola-Symbol, and Intermec can be used in applications requiring many items to pass through confined areas such as doorways or along conveyors.



RFID Printers/Encoders

SkyeTek works with the industry’s leading RFID printer-encoder manufacturers, such as Zebra, Avery Dennison, and Intermec to meet the printing and encoding needs of its applications.
