Service Management
As part of this technical solution, SkyeTek provides the following secure, reliable and state-of-the-art products and services:
  • RFID Reader Modules -- When embedded in turnstiles, gates, room/facility doors and kiosks can authorize varying degrees of credential-based access and customize patron services.  SkyeTek's SkyeModules™ lead the industry in reliability, price-performance and power-efficiency.  Payment specific RFID readers can be embedded in payment terminals to enable contactless use of credit and loyalty cards.
  • RFID Hardware -- In addition to finished RFID readers, SkyeTek has a portfolio of 3rd party, off-the-shelf networking hardware that connect to existing networks via Ethernet, WiFI, ZigBee and Cellular.  SkyeTek uses antennas from the world's leading manufacturers, and in cases where a custom antenna is required, SkyeTek will manufacture the antenna to specification.
  • Software -- SkyeTek's reader and application integration software enable centralized policy setting and enforces distributed policy execution at the point-of-service.
    • SkyeOS controls reader operations, tag support, read/write reliability
    • SkyeSecurity provides anti-counterfeiting, anti-tampering and privacy protection
    • SkyeAPI supports application integration and remote manageability
  • Professional Services -- SkyeTek's professional services provide the integration and customization required to create a single, seamless patron or workforce management application that ties together a network of RFID-enabled devices and assets. Customer's gain industry-leading experience throughout all phases of the RFID application development cycle.
