Technical Support
SkyeTek is committed to supporting customers in their efforts to deploy RFID across the enterprise or integrate RFID into their products. Technical support is available to customers that have purchased SkyeTek products in the following forms:
- Technical support documentation is located on SkyePortal. Every customer receives a login and password for the SkyePortal shortly after their purchase is finalized. If you are a customer, and have not yet received your login information, please contact us. If you have forgotten your login, you can request it be sent to you via the login page.
- Technical support representatives can be accessed via submission of a support ticket through SkyePortal. Representatives are available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.
Professional Services
SkyeTek's engineering staff also provides professional services made available to customers on a contract basis. Customers can leverage SkyeTek's expertise to reduce the time and cost associated with tasks such as specification development, product integration, antenna design, and regulatory certification.
Return Policy
Products that you purchase directly from SkyeTek (and not a 3rd party) may be returned within thirty (30) days of the date on the invoice. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee which covers costs asscociated with testing and inspecting product before it returns to inventory. Before returning your product, you must obtain a Return Material Authorization number from SkyeTek’s RMA department to include with your return shipment. You must return the product to SkyeTek in its original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning the product. All of the original contents of the product purchased must be returned to receive your refund. When the product is returned, SkyeTek will examine the contents before issuing the refund. If parts are not working or have been damaged resulting from improper use of the product, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
